Andrey was born in Ukraine and grew up in Israel. He studied Hospitality for four years at Tadmor Culinary Institute. Since then, he has gained over twelve years of experience in the restaurant and catering industries.
Andrey came to Canada where he studied Business Management at Humber College in Toronto, Ontario.
Andrey has travelled internationally to learn and experience the culinary scene all over the world. His travels included visits to Peru, Argentina, Uruguay, Italy, Spain, France, Greece, Turkey, & Eastern Europe.
